Where am I going to hire someone to fix a digital photo?
I'm trying to remove the reflective eye dog of a digital photo. I continue a crappy job, and I would like to pay someone some money to fix it. Where can I go to do this?
Someone who values excellent quality and price of them. I'm sure someone here has the skills to do so unless it is completely burnt and bullet holes in the skull. Try List Craig for a graphic artist or an expert of Photoshop, photo retouching or so. If anyone here does not want to make money!
