My neighbors are always striping and running around naked in the upper floor bedrooms with the drapes open, I think they know it is easy to see out of my side window. One of the girls has a very impressive body. Is it immoral for me to watch? Is it immoral to take videos of it for my own purposes?

if you have told them about it and they continue to do it, i would say it is not immoral. so long as it is not affecting your personal life (ex: your wife or s/o is upset about it).
i honestly don’t know about the videos…personally that would tick me off if i found out someone did that without my knowledge.
